At the Turkey-Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan tripartite conference in Turkmenistan, Aliyev referred to the so-called "Zangezur Corridor." "Works on the creation of the Zangezur transport corridor in the territory of Azerbaijan will be completed in 2024," said Aliyev.
"At present, active works are being carried out to create the Zangezur corridor. In the Azerbaijan section of the corridor, the volume of railway works is 40%, and the volume of road construction is 70%. All works will be completed in 2024, and as a result, a new transport corridor will be created," Aliyev said.
