The Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan has stated that the issue of the rights and security of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians is an internal issue of Azerbaijan, calling on the Foreign Ministry of Armenia not to make statements against the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that "Armenia does not fulfill the provisions of the tripartite declaration."
"As for the threat of a humanitarian crisis, the Azerbaijani side is ready to meet the humanitarian needs of all Armenians living in Azerbaijan," the statement said.
