At the final press conference after the meeting of the EU Foreign Ministers, EU Foreign Minister Josep Borel announced that the monitoring mission sent to Armenia in October was compelling. Still, it will end its activities on December 19.
He noted that a group would be sent to Armenia by the decision of the EU to plan the issue of sending a possible civilian mission.
