Serbia will send a request to NATO to send security forces to Kosovo

RIA Novosti reports that Serbia's leadership will send a formal request to NATO's KFOR mission command to distribute Serbian police and army contingents in Kosovo and Metohija, but knows it will be rejected, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said.

According to him, the government's official decision to send an inquiry to the KFOR commander will be taken on Monday.

"Of course, I have no illusions, and I know they will reject this request. And I'm telling you about it in advance," emphasized the Serbian president, but noted that it should be tried.
