The meeting between Pashinyan and Aliyev can take place in Saint-Petersburg

Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Russian President, told journalists today that "Russia is ready to provide all the necessary assistance to hold a new meeting between Aliyev and Pashinyan on its territory." 

"Russia, of course, will be ready to provide all the necessary assistance to hold such a meeting on its territory," the Kremlin spokesman said.

Speaking about the unofficial summit of the CIS, which may take place at the end of the year in St. Petersburg, he noted that they would make a corresponding announcement.

"After the meeting between Aliyev and Pashinyan, if there is a mutual understanding, we will inform you," concluded Peskov.
