On Monday, the Japanese police handed over to the prosecutor's office the cases against kindergarten teachers arrested in Susono, who was convicted of systematically torturing children. As the Kyodo agency reports, as a punishment, they held the children upside down, beat them, locked them in dark rooms, and terrorized them.
"Sakura" private kindergarten did not have surveillance cameras. The police found out the torture facts based on other guardians' testimony.
