Aliyev and Ricker discussed the issues of regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a US State Department adviser on Caucasian negotiations, Ambassador Philip Ricker.
At the meeting, there was an exchange of views on the settlement of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and negotiations at the level of foreign ministers in Washington.
The fact that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken keeps constant attention on regulating relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan was highly appreciated.
