CSTO General Secretary Stanislav Zas ruled out the possibility of Russia using nuclear weapons during a special military operation in Ukraine.
In an interview with the "ONT" TV channel, the head of CSTO said, "As for the use of nuclear weapons, we have only one CSTO member state that has nuclear weapons - Russia. Military doctrine provides cases for the use of nuclear weapons. But I think that even now, in a complex, agitated situation, the use of nuclear weapons is excluded."
