"There are disagreements in the CSTO, but they do not threaten the existence of the organization." Peskov

"There are contradictions between the CSTO countries, but the events of the past and the whole past year showed the growing need for such measures," said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President.
"There are some disagreements on some points, which really prevented the signing of two documents yesterday. But this does not mean that somehow it threatens the existence of CSTO, on the contrary. the positions of the parties during the event and the entire past year showed the growing need of the participating states for the organization," said Peskov, answering the question whether Armenia's refusal to sign the declaration will affect the fate of the CSTO.
