Serbia and Kosovo have reached an agreement on the settlement of the conflict

The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, announced that the negotiators of Serbia and self-proclaimed Kosovo reached an agreement at the meeting in Brussels to resolve the dispute over car numbers. The deal will limit escalation between the parties.
In November, the Serbs of Kosovo and Metohija withdrew from all institutions of the government of the unrecognized state. The Serbs resorted to such measures after the Kosovo authorities decided to fine all those who did not replace their Serbian license plates with Kosovo license plates from November 22 of this year.
