Beeline's management, led by CEO Alexander Torbakhov, signed an agreement to buy VimpelCom from the Dutch Veon telecommunications holding. This is stated in Beeline's message.
According to the contract, Veon will receive 130 billion rubles from Beeline. The transaction is expected to close by June 1, 2023, and the parties will have the right to an extension if the necessary licenses and regulatory approvals are not obtained.
