The EU Parliament has issued a press release, according to which the EU Parliament has adopted a resolution declaring Russia as a "state sponsor of terrorism." According to the European Parliament's report, an attempt is made to pave the way for calling Russian President Vladimir Putin and his government to account at the international tribunal for war crimes.
