In an interview on the plane while returning from Qatar, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turkey would like to process Russian wheat into flour and send it to developing countries for free.
Meanwhile, on November 17, Erdogan had already announced his desire to receive grain from Russia and turn it into flour, sending it to poor African countries.
