The Norwegian government stated that it had allocated 2 billion Norwegian kroner (about 195 million dollars) to Ukraine to support the winter energy supply.
The Minister of Finance of Norway, Trygve Slagsvoll Vedum, signed the corresponding agreement with the representative of the "European Bank for Reconstruction and Development," through which he will send financial aid to Ukraine to buy gas.
