"Secretary of State Anthony J. Yesterday, Blinken had a conversation with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. The Secretary of State welcomed the efforts of Armenia and Azerbaijan to support the bilateral peace talks after the negotiations held on November 7. He emphasized that both sides must maintain the pace of the negotiations and avoid provocations. He also urged continued progress toward concrete results to support the peace process.
