According to the Russian state media, the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin would not make a speech at the G20 summit, including online.

Referring to the situation in Ukraine, the Kremlin spokesman noted that it is possible to achieve the goals of the "special operation" through peace negotiations. Still, they are now impossible "due to the position of the Ukrainian side."
