Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan proposed creating an investment fund for the Organization of Turkic States. He made this initiative on Friday at the OTS summit held in Samarkand.
Erdogan mentioned trade, transport and energy as priority areas of cooperation within the framework of the OTS.
