During his speech at the Economic Club of New York, Milli also said that according to his estimates, about 40 thousand Ukrainian civilians were also killed. "We are talking about more than 100 thousand killed and wounded Russian soldiers. It's probably the same on the Ukrainian side. This is a massive scale of human suffering."
