On November 10. the Indonesian government and the Russian Embassy in that country confirmed that Russian President Vladimir Putin would not participate in the G20 summit, which will be held on November 15-16 in Bali (Indonesia). Instead, Russia will be represented by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. At the same time, both sides expressed the opinion that Putin could participate in one of the online meetings within the summit's framework.
