Tokayev will not participate in the TV debates of the presidential candidates of Kazakhstan.

The President of Kazakhstan, Kasim-Jomart Tokayev, will not personally participate in the TV debates of the candidates for the presidential elections to be held on November 11.
Anastasia Shchegortsova, a member of the Central Committee of Kazakhstan, noted that Yerlan Koshanov, head of the pre-election campaign and speaker of the lower house of parliament, will participate in the debate on his behalf.
According to her, all the candidates, except Tokarev, will participate in the TV debates. He will be represented in the discussion by Koshanov, the chairman of the ruling "Amanat" party. The debate will be held live on the "Khabar" TV channel.
