"Russia should be forced to go to peace negotiations." Zelensky

On the evening of Monday, November 7,  in a video message, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated, "Russia should be forced to sit at the negotiating table to develop a peace agreement on Ukraine, including the fight against climate change."

On October 11, during a meeting with representatives of the "Great Seven," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he did not intend to negotiate the end of the war with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Before that, on October 4, he signed the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, which provided for the refusal of negotiations with Putin.
