The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that the EU has already allocated 22 billion euros for Ukraine's financial, economic, military and humanitarian support, excluding bilateral military aid provided by EU member states.
"The EU has already allocated 22 billion to support Ukraine. This number does not include the military support that EU member states have provided on a bilateral basis," said Borrell, whose speech was broadcast on the EU Council website.
Borel is participating in the meeting of foreign ministers of the G7 countries in Münster, Germany, where the consequences of the Russian special operation in Ukraine are discussed.
