Next week, the Russian Federal Council will discuss the creation of a negotiating group to conduct a tripartite inter-parliamentary dialogue with Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Referring to its source in the upper house of the Russian parliament, the Russian "Ria Novosti" reported, "The Armenian-Azerbaijani-Russian inter-parliamentary dialogue may take place soon, possibly in November."
The place of the meeting has yet to be decided.
