Twitter management has sent out emails to employees with an official announcement of the expected layoffs. According to the text of the message quoted by AFP, layoffs will begin on November 4.
Before Elon Musk officially announced the deal, he fired the company's CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, general counsel Vijay Gade and several other top executives. In early November, Musk announced that the dissolution of the company's board of directors was temporary.
