The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation website announced that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the steps contributing to stabilization in the South Caucasus.
"The ministers discussed the steps contributing to the stabilization in the South Caucasus," the message states.
