According to "Ria Novosti," the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that Moscow suspended participation in the implementation of the "grain deal" after the terrorist attack on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships.
Without revealing other details, the source of RIA Novosti stated that Turkey conducts "telephone diplomacy" at all levels regarding the situation related to the "grain deal."
"There is still no clarity regarding the fate of the "grain deal," the hopes of a consensus remain," added the source.
