The company's executive director, Haluk Bayraktar, announced that the Turkish "Baykar" defense company, which produces the famous "Bayraktar" drones, plans to complete the construction of its factory in Ukraine in 2 years.
Even before February 24, Turkey and Ukraine signed an agreement, which included, in particular, the construction of that factory. At the same time, there was hope that the structure would be implemented sooner. In August, the ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey said that the factory would be built in a few months and be put into operation in 2023.
