Minister of Defense of Israel: "Alliances are being formed in the face of Iranian threats."
Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gatz stated during a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Hulusi Akar. "In the conditions of threats from Iran, alliances are being built. Undoubtedly, Turkey, a member of NATO and an ally of our mutual friend, the USA, plays a vital role in ensuring global stability.
We continue to have strong partnerships with our friends in Greece, Cyprus, and the Persian Gulf, and our relations with Turkey have also become positive. We can build bridges and reduce conflict to the benefit of all parties.
To move forward, we must take a consistent, positive approach, maintaining an open dialogue in our relationships. As discussed during our talks, I have instructed my team to initiate the necessary procedures to expand our work.
