The EU has accumulated 100 billion cubic meters of gas in its storage facilities

As of October 18, 2022, gas reserves stored in European gas storage facilities have increased to 100.01 billion cubic meters. The maximum capacity of European gas storage, according to GIE, is 107.7 billion cubic meters.

The highest inventory utilization rates are now seen in Portugal, Belgium, Poland, and France (inventory levels of 100%, 100%, 98.58%, and 99.26%, respectively).
