Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu referred to the decision to send an OSCE mission to Armenia.
"The adoption of such a decision without the agreement of Azerbaijan contradicts the principles of the work of the OSCE. It is unnecessary to make such spontaneous decisions," said Cavusoglu, adding that he views it as a personal decision. "It is not the OSCE mission because the ways and mechanisms of decision-making in the OSCE are known. In the case of such choices, this issue cannot be resolved. In other words, if we want stable peace, there should be sincere steps here and support from international organizations.
