Referring to Alexey Kuznetsov, assistant to the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, the Russian state media reported that the number of victims had reached 13 due to a military plane crash on a nine-story building in Yeisk, Krasnodar region of Russia.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation reported that the rescuers had completed the search of the ruins. They noted that during the rescue operation, it was possible to save the lives of about 68 people, and more than 360 people were evacuated on time.
