The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, wrote on his Twitter account:
"We welcome the rapid deployment of the EU civilian mission along the international border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
It will help build trust and allow the EU to more effectively support the border commissions that will soon meet in Brussels."
