In its evening summary, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that Kherson's Russian occupation authorities have begun evacuating "state" institutions from the occupied part of the Kherson region to the annexed Crimea. Bank and pension fund employees and their property are being taken from Kherson.
