We have not seen any efforts by Russia to normalize relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. State Department

If any country wants to cooperate with us on the issue of Armenia and Azerbaijan and help us achieve the normalization of relations, we will, of course, welcome it. Vedant Patel, the representative of the US State Department, said this while answering the question of whether the US is afraid that the Russian Federation may endanger the process between Yerevan and Baku, mediated by the West.
"However, we have not seen any effort from Russia," said Vedant Patel.
The representative of the State Department did not provide updated information about the possible visit of the American Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Senior Adviser on Caucasus Negotiations, and Ambassador Philip Ricker to the region.
