"Russia will offer Armenia and Azerbaijan to hold a new tripartite summit." Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation

Yuri Ushakov, the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, said, "The Russian Federation intends to offer Armenia and Azerbaijan to hold another tripartite summit; it is planned to agree on the dates of its holding shortly." 

Putin will visit Kazakhstan on October 13-14, where he will participate in the consultation on cooperation and confidence building in Asia, as well as the CIS summit. According to Ushakov, Putin will hold talks with the President of Azerbaijan, Aliyev.

"We will offer to hold another summit in a tripartite format with the participation of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, and we hope that we will manage to agree on the dates of its holding shortly," Ushakov told reporters.
The website of the President of the Russian Federation also informs that Vladimir Putin plans to hold meetings with the heads of states participating in the CIS Summit in Astana.
