Which Russian billionaires have renounced Russian citizenship?

Russian billionaire Yuri Milner renounced Russian citizenship. He announced on Twitter that he left Russia back in 2014, and this summer, he and his family completed the process of leaving Russia.

Milner, head of "DST Global" company, is in the top 15 Russian billionaires with a fortune of 7.3 billion dollars. He acquired his capital by investing in the high-tech sector.

Milner is the third Russian billionaire who renounced Russian citizenship. Earlier, the founder of "Freedom Finance" investment company Timur Turlov ($2.4 billion) and the Armenian businessman Ruben Vardanyan ($1 billion) refused their Russian passports.
