The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has announced that it continues to attack the critical infrastructure of Ukraine. "Today, the Russian Armed Forces continue to carry out a massive attack with long-range, high-precision weapons of air and sea weapons in the direction of the military administration facilities and the energy system of Ukraine," said Igor Konashenkov, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, during a briefing held in Moscow.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the day before that mass rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities are carried out at the proposal of the Ministry of Defense and the program of the Armed Forces.
