Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the laws on including new territories in Russia. It should be noted that Russia held quasi-referendums in the occupied territories of Ukraine, as a result of which Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions were annexed to the Russian Federation.
