Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Jolie wrote on her Twitter microblog, "The reports of Azerbaijani soldiers executing Armenian prisoners of war are alarming. The authors of such violence must be brought to justice, and stability must be restored in the region,"

Perpetrators of such violence must be held to account and the region must return to a place of stability.
