"The tension between Armenia and Azerbaijan is maintained." Dmitry Peskov

Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov announced that the tension between Armenia and Azerbaijan is maintained. According to Peskov, the CSTO mission has not yet arrived in Armenia; it still needs to be formed.
"Undoubtedly, the tension is maintained. A decision was made yesterday that the CSTO mission will go to the border under the leadership of Secretary-General Stanislav Zas. They will present a report to the heads of states, which will be discussed," said Peskov.
