Xavier Colomina, the special representative of the NATO Secretary General in the Caucasus and Central Asia, expressed his concern regarding the attacks by Azerbaijan against Armenia.
"I am deeply concerned about the attacks along the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan, including attacks against settlements and civilian infrastructure in the territory of Armenia. NATO calls for an immediate cessation of hostilities and de-escalation of the situation," Kolomina wrote on his Twitter microblog.
