Zelensky refused to negotiate with Russia

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has stated that he is not ready to negotiate with Russia.

"Today, not. I don't see any desire to be constructive on the part of Russia," he said in an interview with CNN. "This is my principle. I don't talk to those who present ultimatums," added Zelensky.

The president also answered positively about whether he will fight to the end. "Some countries are pushing us in the direction of the Minsk process. I want the world to accept that prudent decision is one thing, and Minsk is another. They are two different things because Minsk is a blank piece of paper," Zelensky said, referring to the Minsk agreements on the settlement of the Donbas conflict, which Kyiv has not fulfilled.
