Trials were held with cassation appeals of 4 Armenian soldiers captured in Baku

Trials were held in the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan with cassation appeals of 4 citizens of Armenia. In November 2021, the court sentenced them to 6 years in prison.
According to Azerbaijani mass media, after examining the cassation appeals, the court decided to review the terms of the punishment, which were reduced to 1 year, 8 months, and 25 days.
Considering that their sentence had expired, all four citizens of Armenia were released by the court's decision.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani mass media wrote about the return of 5 Armenian prisoners. The Armenian side has not yet officially confirmed the spread of information.
