The employees of the Embassy of the United States of America have visited many times and continue to visit all regions of Azerbaijan, including Aghdam, Zangelan, and Fizuli. Embassy employees visit all regions of the country to establish contacts with Azerbaijan on such important issues as security, healthcare, energy, and economic development," the US Embassy said in response to the inquiry of the Azerbaijani service of "Voice of America."
It should be reminded that the other day, the assistant of the Azerbaijani president for foreign policy issues, Hikmet Hajiyev, said that the ambassadors of France and the USA refused to visit Shushi in Azerbaijan, "blatantly ignoring the invitation of the Azerbaijani government to visit Shushi."
