Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that the country's oil and gas and other revenues are growing, despite "malicious and envious people."
"Despite the problems our ill-wishers and envious people are trying to create for us, the budget revenues are still growing. What is especially pleasant is that non-oil and gas revenues have also increased by 24% recently," Putin said at a meeting with the Federal Tax Service head, Daniel Yegorov.
