The European Union should not only stop the military operations in Ukraine but also prevent a new conflict, stated the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell.
"In the long term, the question is how we can not only end this war but also prevent a new one in a few months or a few years. This includes important questions of how to enable Ukraine to defend itself and how to provide security guarantees," said Borell
