President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Zhomart Tokayev arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit. At the airport of Baku, Tokayev was welcomed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Yaghub Eyubov, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Khalaf Khalafov.
The talks between the presidents of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are planned within the framework of the visit. They will be held in narrow and extended formats. It is expected that the heads of states will discuss a wide range of issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
As a result of the meeting, several Kazakh-Azerbaijani agreements will be signed.
