Russia remains the leading supplier of wheat and flour to Georgia, having a virtual monopoly on the Georgian market. Russian supplies account for 86% of grain imports and 99% of flour.
At the same time, this year, the supply of flour has increased dramatically, at the expense of reducing grain imports several times.
