Who has seen the country's Foreign Ministry comment on the words of an "independent journalist"? Atanesyan

Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Supreme Council of Armenia and a member of the National Assembly of the NKR, wrote on his Facebook page:

The Russian Foreign Ministry's “Kalina Krasnaya” described Solovyov’s statement about “launching a special military operation” against Armenia as “a journalist’s opinion,” and several domestic media outlets also spread it.

Who has ever seen the country’s Foreign Ministry comment on the words of an “independent journalist”? Secondly, why don’t the Solovyovs, the Sheshelyovs, and other “independent journalists” voice a point of view outside the Kremlin’s propaganda matrix for once?

Finally, why are Russian bloggers criticizing Putin’s militarism and revanchism instantly recognized as “innocent agents” and subjected to criminal prosecution, while Solovyov is awarded state awards?

“He is independent” – let him figure it out for himself.”
