Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan wrote on his social media page:
“It was the beginning of November 2020, and I don’t remember the day exactly. It was a war, but the 5th column had already started its internal political struggle.
I entered the government building and went up to the Prime Minister’s office. When I entered, I caught myself thinking that upon entering the building, I didn’t see any police officers. Inside the building, I saw only two SPS employees: one at the entrance and the other near the Prime Minister’s office.
I asked the Prime Minister where everyone was. He said that he had sent most of the SPS to Syunik.
Days later, the patriots who had not participated in the war were supposed to attack the government building.”
